Colleges have started hiring Vice Presidents of Diversity. What are these people to do in such a high-level job? The result is frightening, now as part of the job application process, the three things an applicant must include are a CV (resume), Applicant letter, and a Diversity Oath. The Oath isn’t just a check box or signature, it is required to be a written personal commitment to “diversity,” listing exactly what the applicant is going to do to promote it. If the Oath is not up to the VP of Diversity’s subjective diversity standards, the application is rejected without even notifying the applicant why. This isn’t even a subtle attempt to keep diversity of thought out of education. If there is going to be oaths on job applications, the only one allowed should be a commitment to liberty which the country is founded on.

This has trickled all the way down to public schools. Just like white nationalist and even " centrist" like Peterson have been droning on about for 5 years or more.

It comes under the guise of diversity , multiculturalism (not so much now) and the word " equity". These all really mean the same thing in practice . They mean thought crimes are real, group preference while a biological certainty is morally wrong, and white men are guilty of everything at all times.
