Party Ideology

Post by Martin Hash » Sun Oct 09, 2016 3:40 am

Political Parties are nothing more than groups of Special Interests. As far as I can tell, over the decade that I've been in politics, ideology is never discussed, except by me. I am a Democrat because redistribution of wealth is one of their reoccurring themes, though they tend to promote it for socialist reasons, while my goal is to provide the most liberty to the most people.

There is one democrat-involved hopeful politician I know, as has been mentioned once or twice before, and she refuses to talk with people about anything politics because "they think they know everything, but they don't." She certainly never discusses ideology. Nor do the non-political people I try to talk to (mostly).
