Preferably a term we can all use that doesn't carry too much pejorative baggage with the users here, simply so it can be used in debate without requiring dozens of disambiguation posts to clarify. We can add it to the official Has dictionary, revised and updated edition. I'd be happy with

Liberty people certainly believe in charity. We're all allies on this piece of dirt, agreeing not to kill each other, leave each other alone & follow the rules, as long as it's better for us to do so. A person who would be better off killing, harassing others & breaking the rules is someone who needs some charity.

I'm not using "charity" to mean voluntary private donation; it's more a term-of-art that means the person receiving it is accruing an obligation to the donor. Charity, by definition, is NOT a Right but it should be State sponsored.
