Evolutionary, women ensure survival by bearing children, and in modern times they can choose when and where to bear children. This overarching biological advantage gives women purpose regardless of what is happening in their personal lives, and they take solace in that; it's their meaning of life. Men, on-the-other-hand, have no such epic role. The only meaning available to men is the assumption of responsibility: to the woman, to the family, to the clan. Without responsibility, men do not mature, they remain in limbo, more than children, less than adults. They play forever, pursuing impulsive, low class pleasures. The difference between men and boys is that men are defined by the challenges they must overcome. Without that they despise themselves, become psychologically stressed. Their lives become meaningless, they choose the escape of drugs to relieve the stress.

Martin, I am becoming distressed by your mysoginist posts. For the last 2 years, I have been contemplating a sex change operation. I have been taking estrogen, and avoiding activities that uphold toxic masculinity. I even unblocked my stepdad on facebook to keep my options open post op. Most of my Tumblr posts get at least 36 notes, so I have a fairly large presence online, and inspire other ladyboys. After I saw your posts, I was so triggered that I had to rewatch How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days for a straight 48 hours to blur out your oppressive remarks. Please re-think some of your core beliefs. Another thing I don't get. How is working with women putting your balls in a vise?

I truly don't get the mindset. Women have been good to the men in my life. They like women. I like men. They really like a challenge, as do I. I never looked at men as the enemy, and same for the guys I know. I feel like I'm on a different planet from our forum misogynists. Were their mommies mean to them or something? Where does the hostility come from? Is having to treat women as equals that scary?

Women attempt to control everything and force men to accommodate women at every turn, without themselves ever noticing that they bring qualities to the table that make an organization equally impractical and unworkable.

All-male teams tend to work better. I'd imagine the same is true for all-female teams. Mix those together, and women begin to dominate the group through manipulation and playing victim.
