These five categories are the only functions that Government should actually perform, but there are other functions Government is responsible to fund and oversee, such as education & safety.

Productivity to Prosperity.
The goal of economics is to continually increase productivity so that people need to work less and less to live at the same level of comfort.

A Job for Everyone.
A Right & responsibility to have a job.
5.
Corporations Are Not People.
No business taxes. Businesses cannot hold profits. Only people can make campaign contributions.
6.
No Federal Taxes.
80% of the population owe no Federal Income taxes. Socialize Payroll taxes.
7.
Opportunity Spreading.
Progressive taxation to push down and spread out high incomes to other tiers of workers. Incentivize investment.
8.
Generational Gifting.
Previous generation creates a new generation of entrepreneurs.
9.
No Government Borrowing.
Pay-as-you-go public projects. No accrued debts of any kind, most importantly, no retirement obligations.
10.
Individualized Education.
Break up the teaching monopoly, and promote a wide variety of options.
