Chinese Energy Production
China's use of electric vehicles is an Environmentalist's wetdream, and the electricity to power all those motorcycles is generated anyway they can: nuclear power plants are in the same valley as 100s of wind turbines & solar panels, obviously to share the power distribution lines, and those power-line towers are literally in people's backyards. Also, in the shadow of the nuclear cooling towers are people working water buffalo in rice paddies. This is the kind of thing where having an authorial central government actually benefits societies because nothing close to this elegant solution could happen in Western democracies.
