The song, "It's a Small World," has been playing at Disneyland since the attraction was moved from the 1960 World's Fair. Most people love it, some people hate it, but everyone knows it - including the municipal workers in Dali, China. There, "it's a Small World," is played loudly from loudspeakers on the garbage & water trucks. It's a visual dichotomy; Americans associate melodies with ice cream trucks & carnivals. I'm pretty sure there are copyright restrictions but China doesn't respect copyright, as evidenced by all the faux Apple stores.
