At Indiana Dunes National Park right now. Wife’s driving. Glam will be if we stop at McDonald’s on the way to Purdue.
Oh yeah, that's cool there, Daddy-O. Lake View Beach. Dunes park is a hidden gem.

And the spare tire issue is completely separate from the fact that in no way should a new tire completely blow up along the center like that. That definitely doesn't look like a puncture.

Hey, Marty, there's another real nice park due south of you. Fort Harrison State Park in Lawrence.

Also has the Museum of 20th Century Warfare at Camp Glenn.

Another thing is, if my wife is uncomfortable and doesn't have all the feexins, she ain't gonna be in the mood for marital relations, camper sex beats tent sex, because there is no such thing as tent sex with my wife.
Tent sex is for young folks. It's pretty good. :D
If there was any doubt before, the Grizzly camping encounter of '06 firmly locked my wife into being a Glamper. We have a family cabin on a lake. It's pretty fucking plush. That's what my wife likes to call roughing it. Good with me. I get enough with me roughing it fishing and hunting.

We got access to a cottage, her aunt and uncle own one, so we get to use it from time to time.

I just like a camper to go traveling around with, rather stay in a park than a motel.

Cabin life has it's plusses and minuses.

I'm inheriting this thing, I've already been drafted to go to the home owners yearly meetings.
It's nice to have a known place, but your also locked into the known place, maintenance, same people, etc. etc.

But you do get to know the area, which is cool.

A friend of my father owns a log cabin down in Nova Scotia which we always used to go to.

Real nice location, can only get to it by boat, then you canoe the different lakes around it, there are little rivers and even streams that connect them, so you canoe from lake to lake, and when you go a couple lakes into the woods, it's really nice, nobody back in there, no cottages nor cabins, nothing.

We used pack a lunch and take a bag of weed and a case of beer and just go find some tiny island and kick back on it.

I'm old hat, been canoeing since I was in short pants

in the army I was on the military ironman team, that's rucksack run, canoe and portage.

Canoeing is easy, portage is the hard part.

I can handle a canoe on flat water, which isn't saying much. But that river shit is another level.
