Re: Personality Test
Take this test and get back with results and your reaction. This shit is the most practical / implementable personality test ive taken. And i've taken most of the known ones.

I'm more sociable than I thought and not quite as neurotic which are good things. But everything is on a scale. Not orderly at all, average worker/industriousness and super duper open. I'm humble and fairly honest/sincere.

Not sure what these results mean. There's a lot of stuff here.GloryofGreece wrote: ↑Mon Sep 17, 2018 8:10 pmTake this test and get back with results and your reaction. This shit is the most practical / implementable personality test ive taken. And i've taken most of the known ones.

Honesty-Humility: 3.81 (median is 3.22)
Emotionality: 3.13 (median 3.34)
Extroversion: 2.13 (median 3.50) surprise surprise
Agreeableness: 2.19 (median 3.00)
Conscientiousness: 2.81 (median 3.47)
Openness to Experience: 4.19 (median 3.31)
Then there are a shit ton of minor sub fields under those big ones.
I guess I am an introverted experimenter? What the fuck does this test measure?

Re: Personality Test
You have to read the second page of explanations of what they been by all those sub traits. Some of the terms dont necessarily mean what the conventional definition usually is. So it takes a bit to interpret the overall results.
Its a more thoughtful/detailed "Big Five" personality test. Its good for knowing yourself and traits that everyone has compared with those you meet in the real world. Helps explain a lot in my opinion and more helpful than Myers Briggs and more accurate. But lets me honest psychology is not a science. Its still useful at arms length at least.

Re: Personality Test
I'm very surprised that your that open and that low in conscientiousness. I imagine you as a catholic, ex military, highly disciplined, smart, well read, maniac basically. I obviously don't really know you. But that's to be expected since all of our interactions have been online in this or the DCF.

Re: Personality Test
Strike out the highly disciplined part. Then consider the ex-military part is only because I was a fuck up out of high school and my family are all military veterans, so I figured fuck it. I am Catholic because of personal experience, and I would not have just gone to mass without grace.GloryofGreece wrote: ↑Mon Sep 17, 2018 8:40 pmI'm very surprised that your that open and that low in conscientiousness. So when you take out the trajectory created by growing up in a military family, and you take out the grace, you are just left with an intellectual asshole with organization/discipline problems.
Which I suppose is also called an INTP.
