When I was a Democrat, back before Wokeness, it was in the mold of JFK. When RFK Jr. said he was running for president, I was ready to support him despite the negative press he always gets about his stance on vaccines. Unfortunately, Wokeness prevented RFK Jr.’s candidacy; in fact, he had to switch sides; which was even better as far as I was concerned because it looks like MAGA is where all the smart people are. RFK Jr. is going to play a big part in the U.S. health arena for the foreseeable future. He didn’t start healthy food awareness but he’s definitely going to be its biggest influence.

I didn’t really care one way or the other about what I ate; I watched my diet for weight, not additives or organic, but because of all the RFK Jr. hubbub, I paid more attention; and now I’m convinced there’s something to it. For example, I don’t usually eat Asian noodles because they have too many carbs but they do have a certain tempting allure. The other day I thought I’d have some so I added water and put the cup in the microwave for a minute. They tasted great so I had another one. Wow, that 10 minutes of enjoyment turned into 48 hours of bowel pain and feeling terrible, even depressed. There’s an observable connection between how you feel physically and your mental health; I never considered the ingredients in processed food as “poison” before but I do now. America is definitely going to benefit from an emphasis on healthier food. Trump’s election is going to change the world is so many ways, all for the better.

Trump is going to leave an indelible mark, for the better imo, upon this nation. Moreso than any recent President, He is going to be an all timer/ top 5, much to the chagrin of half the population that has been duped into believing that he is the anti christ incarnate. I almost feel sorry for those people that suffer from debilitating TDS. They really are missing out.
