NOPE. Water is scary and unpredictable. At least the cliff just sits still.
When I lived in tahoe I got roped into doing a white water rafting race on the Cal Salmon called the Nordheimer, first time ever rafting, multiple class 5 rapids, we dumped in a class five rapid, absolutely terrifying, the noise that the water makes, I was under water for what seemed like forever, came up way downstream where we eventually re-convened, our guide broke a rib and one of his oars, and we finished the final class 5 rapid backwards in second-to-last place.
So...never doing that again. Like life too much.
