I don't think they will live in safety. They will have to live in fear from what is left of the white middle class. If this genocide of the American people continues, there will eventually come a time of reckoning, and it will be ugly.

The reason it seems right now like white Americans will just gleefully accept their demographic oblivion is because most of them have been trained to not see it happening in the first place. When that delusion becomes impossible to ignore, shit will get ugly in this country. Bet that. No group of people accepts something like this without a fight.

Just in the past few years it's become overwhelmingly apparent that these nonwhite groups are going to be brutal towards whites when whites are no longer a majority. We've been betrayed and I really wonder if those coastal elites that did this to us won't deserve what likely is coming to them (at their replacements' hands as much as the rest of us).
I guess you don't think culture can transcend race. Or in other words you think race is the number 1 identifier no matter what. There has been civilizations and nations that have been multi ethnic of course throughout history as you well know. We for sure have a value and cultural problem in this country but it doesn't have to turn into a race civil war with people butchering everyone else that doesn't look like them. We have the English language at least that will always connect us. Regionalism is real. Race Riots that lead to millions of the deaths in this country is not in our near or mid term future.

It certainly did not work out that way in the US.

What weapons to use, how, where, when, and why, is quite clearly an Executive decision, congress doesn't have to pay for it, but once they do, it's out of their hands, congressional war powers does not extend to weaponeering, and never did.

There is no "except for nuclear weapons" clause in Article II, and since the nuclear deterent must be maintained on a war footing at all times, the congress has already authorized the executive to use nuclear weapons, in the SIOP, or whatever the fuck they call the SIOP these days.
They could just say other than in retaliation nuclear weapons are not to be used offensively without a formal declaration of war... Which might I remind you, regardless of how they have been billed in the news and wording we have not declared since 1942.

We've had "authorizations for the use of military force" and "police actions" and the occasional strike to take out "terrorist training camps" and the like, but no congressionally declared wars, as per the constitution.

"What weapons to use, how, where, when, and why, is quite clearly an Executive decision" - in wartime, yes.
No, a No First Use law would be unconstitutional as well, separation of powers, the Executive could and would rightly just ignore that, congress could defund the military to try to stop him, they could impeach him, they could invoke article 25, but they're not in charge of the military no matter how hard they squeeze their butt cheeks together, and good thing too, because congress is a joke, always has been, and always will be.

The nuclear weapon is such a grave threat, that it falls under the President's authority to defend the country in a "national emergency", to include the need to strike preemptively as necessary, No First Use, to wit, the decision to ride out an attack, is an executive decision, anyway you slice it.

If the President detects the Japanese fleet en route to attack Pearl Harbor, he does not need a formal declaration of war to intercept and sink that fleet, particularly if/when said fleet is primed to attack with nuclear weapons.

If the President just goes rogue and tries to nuke Switzerland out of the blue for no reason, that's already illegal under multiple statutes, national, international, and armed conflict, so there's no need to pass another law to outlaw what is already outlawed several times over, fuckwits.

If the enemy has a nuclear strike capability against US forces and/or territories, that's national emergency by default, the President has carte blanche as to how to respond to it, if you don't like it, well move to Canada then, you fuckin' commies.

Power to the people, with nuclear weapons in play? Yeah, sure, get real, the people are incapable of passing a budget in the black, they can't be relied upon to fight a nuclear war by commitee, and the framers well knew it, even long before the nuclear weapon was invented, they still foresaw the problem.

If George Washington was facing a nuclear threat, and congress tried to tie his hands, he would just have them all rounded up and put in the stockade, and rightly so.

We don't have to wonder about the question.

When Washington got his orders from his boss, Al Hamilton, he rode in front of the formation himself, personally, out to the boonies. He may, or may not, have fretted for a moment about getting some kind of authorization from Congress regarding sending the army out to enforce a political decision regarding a "nuclear" threat to the state by force of arms.

What difference, at this point, does it make?

Nothing stays the same. The trajectory for America set. I see something like the Holy American Empire replacing the USA. It will have its center in Mexico City. A multiculti pudding with unclear identity . English will be the administrative language but most people will speak Spanish. There might be a split that will leave a rump Anglo USA in the north-east. A fading Anglo Byzantium that will struggle to live up to the reputation it used to have.
