Googling was unhelpfulNibba is an alteration of nigga, a variant of the N-word reclaimed by some Black speakers. Nibba is primarily used by white people online to avoid getting in trouble for using nigga. It is nevertheless still considered offensive.
But provided some incidental humour
Can we just use Nilla, as a accurate racial description for whites, let them have nigga.

What's up Rusty?
Have you listened to it?
I'm about an hour in or so... and its interesting enough... but I'm wondering where this is all going.
Dostoyevsky and Nietzsche were a lot a like, I get it.... but what of it?
I'm hopeful he's going somewhere cool with all this.

How about my cracka....
Nah... we don't need cracka back.
In my high school we were manja cakes...
Which means "eats cake" in Italian.
To them white bread with peanut and jam seemed like cake.
Italians ate proper sandwiches.... with meat and cheese that looked and tasted like real food.
My cakes wasn't a thing tho...

I liked it but I dont know if many will. He goes where he should for a discussion of Dostoevsky and Nietzche. Nietzche was a cuck and a narcissist. Dostoevsky changed for the better eventually.DrYouth wrote: ↑Thu Sep 02, 2021 8:18 pmAllegedly?GloryofGreece wrote: ↑Thu Sep 02, 2021 7:42 pmI've allegedly seen it proliferated on right wing telegram echo chambers.

Re: MartyrMade
So I'm another hour and a half in...
And this is sort of turning into a screed about "the Narcissist"... which is a bit boring...
A long and drawn out virtue signalling screed.
I'm not a huge fan of the "narcissist" meme these days.
It mostly comes from the feminist world... and its mostly focussed on the "egotistical" male narcissist...
Cooper acknowledges that there are female narcissists also, but says he doesn't know as much about them... no surprise there.
Although he demonstrates female narcissism in the characters in his stories... and points it out - although with much more "compassion" in his voice.
I have the weird feeling that Cooper himself is virtue signalling here in his determined soapbox analysis of the male narcissist...
It feels like he wants to impress someone, who does he want to impress?
Now... I will admit to my own narcissism...
I was the rich doctor's kid in my working class neighbourhood.
I got into med school early.
Everything was handed to me on a silver platter.
Of course I was full of myself....
and of course I had not been really tested....
It was all too easy maybe,
...born I suppose of "white privilege" or something like that... just plain old fashioned privilege...
The spoiled prince.
I had to be humbled by life quite a few times to learn I'm not all that.... and I may have more falls ahead, who knows...
And here is the hard part of the self inquiry...
I will give Cooper (and Smitty) credit for getting me to think on it.
Maybe I sort of lost interest in the women who I attracted... not entirely.... but little by little...
I feel shitty about it... but its probably true...
I had to think hard about what Cooper was saying.
And Smitty was right. As he often is.
(although we all know he is his own type of narcissist, so I'm not idealizing or "sucking up" to him here)
I failed my wife and then admitted my failures and expected to be forgiven.
All of this was my narcissism.... I admit it...
Mea culpa
So, I'm not going to get on a high horse and start "outing" narcissists...
(Cooper actually outs a "narcissist" he met on the internet in this episode - )
I like Eric Berne's classic book - Games People Play...
According to Berne we all learn to play some sort of personality "game" to survive.
Some people play the martyr game (Mother Theresa), some people play the alpha game (Schwartzeneger, Trump),
Some play the seducer game (Venus, Adonis), some play the peacemaker game (Carlin, probably me),
Some play the joker, trickster game (most comedians)
But we don't understand the games we ourselves are playing or why we are playing them....
learning about your own game is a bit like learning to "see" your blind spot.
So in a way we are all narcissists until life humbles us enough...
But there are different kinds of narcissists - not just one male "beta cuck" type...
the one Cooper is obviously hunting... you literally hear the contempt in his voice.
Cooper's unselfconscious screed against the male narcissist worm and his compassion for the "wise beyond words" (his words) female martyr who takes him in, is obvious virtue signalling.
That being said...
Darryl does some great podcasting... and if he's a bit of a closet narcissist himself - that's just par for the course.
Anyways, I'll keep listening.

What's the dividing line between narcissisms and a healthy ego?

Re: MartyrMade
I'm just curious, there has to be some kind of tipping point, right?
Like, it would be simple for people to accuse MH of being a narcissist.
"Martin Hash is just some OWG who thinks he knows better than everyone and is always right"
But, in his own defense, MH could say "I'm a doctor, lawyer, businessman, and have thee doctorates. Why wouldn't I think that I know more than you?"
So - is that narcissism, or just healthy ego?
I feel like I know a lot more than a lot of motherfuckers.
But ... the motherfuckers of which I speak surely feel the same way towards me.
Are we all narcissists?
Or are we just people with healthy egos, confident in our own abilities?
